You know you want support after baby arrives, but you've had a hard time finding the right person to fill the need. Someone that has had their own babies so they understand personally how impactful this experience is.
Hey there, my name is Lana.
As a mom of 4, I'm passionate about finding your best path through the forest of post-birth parenthood. We'll navigate what life may look like, day-to-day tasks, talk about the technical stuff...and most importantly, we'll talk about what you really need emotionally, mentally, and physically to be seen and heard as the whole-human mama you are.
This time of your life is meant for you to be cared for just as much as your newborn. It's meant to build your bond with your baby while being nourished into your new self. Postpartum doesn't have to be scary. It can be transformational and supported.
While every family's needs are unique, I offer the following services to support parents:

Wife, mom to four kids, I love Jesus and I'm a sucker for cats. But enough about me, I know you're ready to start looking outside the box. Your postpartum support team should align with your style, your energy, and offer the type of experience you need.
Women feel social pressures the most. Add in kids, a partner, pets, your own hopes and dreams, (maybe even a business), and that pressure to perform magnifies greatly. Thankfully, postpartum isn't supposed to be about performing, but rather about evolving and discovering you're new self, your new family, and your new life. It's a transformative process just as much as birth is and should have just as much effort into planning.
I find that giving women like us a little room to just be ourselves with grace, laying out tools for success and taking some things off your plate can go a long way towards making life after birth less daunting and actually enjoyable.
Ready to see postpartum in a new light? Cool, let's get talking.
"Lana was super sweet...In fact, she taught us a lot of good things about a newborn. We loved meeting Lana!"
"She is amazingly talented!
We are in love with our pictures, but most of all we got a friend for life."
"She is so good with the kids! It was good to see them being themselves. The photos made me cryyy!"
